Swimming at Pine Brook

Whether you are looking to take in a leisurely summer swim, your kids are just learning how to swim or dive, or the kids are looking to become part of our talented swim and dive teams, the swimming facility at Pine Brook offers it all. The best part? Your membership fees include free swim and diving lessons and free team membership.

SWIM LESSONS

• Children can begin lessons starting at age 3 ½.
• Lessons run Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
• Lessons are offered in sessions, starting in June, for seven weeks
  
• Members may sign children up for as many sessions as they like

SWIM TEAM

• Swim team is an option open to any swimmer who can swim one continuous length of the pool and who is up to 17 years old as of June 1
• In order for our swim team to enjoy a fun and successful season, we need full participation at all practices and meets
• Swim team practice is in the morning, with groups to ensure everyone is challenged
• CAAPSC swim league has 6 meets, plus a league-wide Championship meet at the end of July.  Meets are evenly split, home and away, and occurs Wednesday late afternoons and Saturday mornings
• All coaches and lifeguards are Red Cross Certified

Our amazing swimming staff create a safe, fun and encouraging environment for swimmers of all abilities. We are proud and honored to have such a talented staff return year after year.

We also have a wonderful staff of Red Cross Certified Lifeguards and a Club Director to oversee daily operations.
